VienaMed7 is a medical facilitation service: we organise access to Austrian partner physicians and clinics (file evaluation, appointments, translations, transport, accommodation). We are not a medical provider — all medical acts are performed by Austrian partners under their professional liability. The initial file evaluation is free and creates no obligation. For paid services you receive a detailed written offer in advance. Disputes: contact@med7.ro, ANPC (SAL) or the EU ODR platform; Romanian law applies.
