The medical side, organised end to end: we pick the right specialist, secure a firm appointment, deal with the clinic, translate your documents and come with you to the consultation as your interpreter. Afterwards we stay in touch with the clinic for results and recommendations.
What is not part of the service
We do not arrange flights, accommodation or transport — we tell you when and where to be and recommend hotels near the clinic, but you make the bookings. We do not arrange medical transfers for hospitalised patients and we do not handle state reimbursement: treatment is paid privately.
We prefer to say this upfront. A service that promises everything usually ends up doing nothing well.
