How much does a second opinion cost? +
The initial evaluation of your medical file is free. After the review, you receive a clear cost estimate for any recommended investigation or treatment, with no surprises.
What documents should I send? +
Recent tests, imaging results (CT, MRI, PET/CT — including DICOM files) and medical letters. We guide you on exactly what is useful for your case.
What language do we communicate in? +
Romanian, English, German or Russian. The case manager and document translations are included in the service.
Is my medical data safe? +
Yes. Transmission is encrypted and processing complies with GDPR for special-category (health) data. We never share your information without your consent.
How long until I receive an answer? +
The medical team in Vienna evaluates your file and responds within a maximum of 48 working hours from receiving the complete documents.
