What does it cost and how is it paid? +
Treatment is paid privately, directly to the clinic in Vienna. Before you decide we tell you the cost range for the consultation and for the procedure you need, so you know what to expect. Our coordination fee is quoted separately and also upfront — there are no costs that appear along the way.
How quickly can I see a doctor in Vienna? +
Usually within 5–10 days for a consultation, depending on the speciality and the doctor's schedule. For planned procedures, the date is set after the consultation. From the first conversation we tell you what timeframe is realistic for your case — we do not promise dates we cannot keep.
What is not part of the service? +
We do not arrange flights, accommodation or transport. We tell you exactly when and where to be and recommend hotels near the clinic, but you make the bookings. We do not arrange medical transfers for hospitalised patients and we do not handle state reimbursement. We handle the medical side — choosing the specialist, the appointment, communication with the clinic, translation and accompaniment.
Do I need medical documents to get started? +
No. For a check-up or a consultation it is enough to tell us what you need. If you already have test results or imaging you can send them — they help the doctor come prepared — but they are not a condition for starting.
What language do we communicate in? +
With us you speak Romanian. We deal with the clinic in German or English, and at the consultation we come with you and interpret. We translate medical documents in both directions, so the doctor in Vienna understands your history and you understand their recommendation.
Is my medical data safe? +
Yes. Documents are transmitted encrypted and treated as special category data under GDPR. They are seen only by the team working on your case and by the doctor we send them to, with your consent. We never discuss cases publicly and we do not answer medical questions in comments.
