VienaMed7 operates med7.ro and facilitates access to medical services in Austria. We process your identification data (name, phone, email) and — only with your explicit consent (art. 9 GDPR) — your health data (medical documents you send us) for the sole purpose of obtaining a medical evaluation from our Austrian partner specialists.

Medical data is shared exclusively with the physicians and partner clinics involved in your case and with certified medical translators, all within the EU. Transmission is encrypted (TLS); storage is on secured EU servers. Medical files are kept for 3 years after the last interaction.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port your data, object, and withdraw consent at any time — write to contact@med7.ro (answer within 30 days). You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).
